Immediate Help Needed

Posted on Oct 13 2021 - 5:35pm

The Troop is in need of adults to help with these two important functions.

Medical Forms - responsible for collecting medical forms, notifying members when they expire, providing them to the Scoutmaster or Champion before campouts or events and retrieving them after the event.

Webelos Woods

Posted on Oct 13 2021 - 5:34pm

Webelos Woods is coming up on October 22 - 24. This is a Thunderbird District event and gives Webelos and AOL scouts, and their parents, an opportunity to check out area troops to learn more about them. This is a recruiting event so this makes it a very important event to our unit. Currently we have a couple of Pack 12 dens interested in camping with us at WW and a scout family from Pack 320. This means we will have more visitors than we have our own scouts and parents in attendance. I hope everyone understands that it's hard to make a good impression with so few in attendance. I'm sure this is just because you have not been able to go on the troop site to register. Please take a moment to do this as soon as possible. If you can't get to the site then email Mr Pesek at dwpesek@gmail.com

Scoutmaster's Notebook - Tenting

Posted on Oct 6 2021 - 4:29pm

Sent this out to new scout families and figured it would probably be good to share with everyone.

There have been many questions about scouts and tenting recently so I've decided to send out this to all new scouting families.
